Father, son cited for Goliath, black grouper take

A visiting spear fishermen could not wait for the state to possibly open the Goliath grouper fishery. 

Alberto Eugenio Garza Santos, 53, of Mexico, was not only cited with taking the state and federally protected Goliath grouper, but also taking an undersized black grouper out of season, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
